What We Offer

  • Earn revenue share upon project release.
  • 100% asynchronous remote work (USA).
  • Build portfolio using UE5 technology.

Compliance

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Operate as B2B or Independent Contractor.
  • Provide own software and equipment.

Compensation

  • Role is strictly Independent Contractor (1099).
  • Pay is based solely on defined revenue share.
  • No guaranteed base salary or hourly rate.

Work Cadence

  • Commitment is approx. 15–20 hours per week.
  • Syncs occur bi-weekly (video) to align goals.
  • Work is self-paced; you manage your schedule.
